Okay, I figured out how I'm going to celebrate

your body more. Today I want to talk about day

365. So it's coming up and it's coming up fast.

And I've been trying to figure out how I'm going

to celebrate the 365th day of maximum effort

in my fitness journey. And I've asked you guys

for a lot of suggestions. I've gotten a lot of

interesting suggestions. And I think I have finally

figured out exactly how I'm going to celebrate.

So 36 days before day 365, I'm going to have

a bowl of exercises and I'm going to do 10 additional

minutes every single day of whatever exercise

I pull out of the bowl. So if it's wall sits,

I'll do 10 minutes of wall sits. If it's squats,

I'll do 10 minutes of squats. If it's, you know.

Plagg Jacks or burpees or whatever the hell I

pull out of the bowl. That's what I will do 10

minutes of to lead up to the 365th day. Now you

might be thinking, but Ashley, what about the

fact that there's only 36 days? That's only going

to get you 360. Well, for the last five, I'm

actually going to do five classes on day 365.

So that's my plan. That's my goal. I'm thinking

I'll do so that I can. celebrate with movement

but not change any of the current movement that

I'm already planning I want to continue adding

to movement so that I can you know fully indulge

in all the things so yeah that's what I'm going

to do 365 additional exercises in addition to

all of the movement that I already have planned

and so on day 365 I plan to do five additional

classes so I normally do Zumba and low impact

cardio and toning on a Monday. And since day

365 happens to fall on a Monday, those classes

will already happen. But I'm also going to do

an additional five classes. Now, if you guys

have been following my journey, you know that

most of the time, the only classes that are held

on Monday are like spin. And honestly, I don't

even know what they are anymore. I'm gonna have

to look them up. But I will either do classes

online or classes at a different facility or

something. I'm going to make sure that I get

five additional classes on day 365 because my

goal is to just basically move the entire day.

I also plan on going to lunch that day. That's

how I am going to celebrate. I'm inviting all

my gym girlies and boys that want to join me.

We'll basically be eating and moving all day.

That's the goal. And one person said that I should

celebrate with ice cream. And so I think I'm

going to do that too. I'm just basically going

to have movement and meals. That sets the whole

plan of how I'm going to celebrate. And you may

not agree with this decision, but I think it's

going to be fun. And just having 365 just gets

me excited. And leading up to the 365th day,

I'm also going to do additional podcast episodes

because I think it'd be fun for on day 365 to
