"Like, in a in a true resonance between two people and a true connection, those two people aren't going to be worried about how fast it's going, they're just going to be focused on creating this together. So everybody, each person brings their own energy. One might be the spark and one might be the oxygen. The flame may be here and the flame may be there and it doesn't really matter what, how tall that flame is or how fast that flame burns. Because healthy co creation is staying present, communicating, and letting that energy evolve without fear or expectation."

"Like we're too this is getting too close, too intimate, too much emotion, vulnerability, all of that. So then they're pulling away. The anxious one wants that closeness, wants to close that gap, wants to feel the the togetherness and that closeness, and because that's how they feel safe. So then you have the competing nervous systems, and then the relationship is over or is just very tenuous. Kind of like I wouldn't say walk into any shows, but just like, hard to get into balance, hard to get back into balance."

"And I think it goes back to being secure because when you are secure in yourself, then there's not a, like, there's not a worry of expectation. There's a, there's a belief that there's something cool happening here. I want to keep experiencing that. I want to, I'm grateful for this opportunity. I want to keep getting to know this person."

"There's a lot of, like, societal things I feel like of, like, you can say this, you can't say this, you're supposed to do this, you're not supposed to do that. There's all these, like, unwritten rules and and catch 20 twos. And the guy is supposed to do this, but he can't do that. The girl is supposed to do this, but you can't do that. All these things. And what I'm trying to say is that when there is that deep soul connection, none of those rules really matter. One really important aspect to this, regardless of the speed at which our relationship is going is to think about how it's being co created. So it's the two people coming together to co create this space together. It's an energetic dance, it's not a script, it's not, oh, the guy's supposed to do this, the girl's supposed to do this, the guy isn't supposed to do this, the girl isn't supposed to do that, all these unwritten rules. It's not that."
