"Then if we go capacity versus compatibility, what seems to be happening is we're all, or most, most people seem to be focused on the compatibility aspect. When a reality, no amount of compatibility matters if there's no capacity. So let's say on a scale of one to 10, one being I have no capacity for relationship. I'm on an app just for validation or the 5,695 other reasons that you might be on an app, which is a whole other discussion because we're on a dating app. Right?"

"So if one person is a three on that scale and the other person is a nine, it's going to be very difficult for that connection to ever grow. Regardless of the compatibility, we can have 6,000 different things that are compatible on paper, but that will not carry the relationship through that that relationship will splinter and break away probably faster than you can snap your fingers in, I guess it, unless you, if I should back up one second, because I can see it so clearly now, whereas in the past being more anxious, I may have tried to keep that threat going. I wouldn't have been able to see some of those signs that they're not really ready for a relationship. Whereas now it's, it's just night or day. And this capacity point is something I just keep running into because it seems that everybody talks about relationships, but nobody actually wants to put in the work to create them, to nurture them, to water them, to actually co create a real relationship together."

"It doesn't need to be perfect though, because if somebody's a seven and somebody's a nine, like you're in the same ballpark, it's basically, it's, it's just this CA this chasm of it's it seems that so many, and I'm hearing this from, from everybody I talk to that, that like nobody is fulfilled by relationships and the people that aren't ready for a relationship, keep connecting with those that are, and those that are ready for a relationship. Aren't connecting with those that are also ready for a relationship. So we're all just like spitting in this washing machine and nobody is actually fulfilled by the connections that we're making. I'll end it here. Just last words of wisdom is to please sit with this idea of capacity versus compatibility and think about where you are coming from on that spectrum."
