Why didn’t the discount appear?▾
Most often private mode, ad blockers, or checkout in the store’s app interfere. Try placing the order in the same browser right after going through Donato and temporarily disable AdBlock/Ghostery. If the purchase is already made, we can still attribute it: send us the order number via the support form.
Does it work in any store?▾
Yes, the service tracks most online purchases. Discount size and commission differ between stores, but support is credited if the purchase was made after going through Donato and cookies were not blocked.
Do I need to link a card or donate?▾
No. You don’t pay extra and don’t link a card. Creators get support from store commissions and you get discounts when you shop.
How do I choose a creator to support?▾
Open the list of creators on the “Creators” page and choose your favourite. By default support goes to the last selected creator; you can change it any time.
What about returns and cancellations?▾
If the store processes a return, the discount and commission are cancelled and the creator support is not credited. If you see discrepancies, write to us with the order number.
