01:29

01:34

01:39
them to myself again and played it again so cool
01:43
yeah so do you still do that yeah yeah do okay
01:46
good good good okay cool so um welcome to the
01:49
show i'm so excited you could be here with us
01:51
today thank you and uh now for anybody who doesn't
01:54
know because i i fangirl like crazy over you
01:56
but for anyone who doesn't know can you tell
01:58
us what it is you do Sure. I think the number
02:00
one thing I do is help women or entrepreneurs
02:03
in general transform the way they think so they
02:06
can manifest more money in their life. That is
02:10
a great summary. Absolutely. And, you know, one
02:12
of the things that drew me to you is you wrote
02:15
a book, Wildly Wealthy Women. And I found it
02:18
at like what felt like the perfect time. I was
02:20
really getting serious about business and wanting
02:23
to, well. Become a millionaire. So tell us a
02:27
little bit of your background, how you went from
02:29
welfare to millionaire. Sure. So I guess for
02:32
me, I had always had this kind of entrepreneur
02:36
spirit in that I hated working for other people.
02:39
I felt completely trapped. I felt like I was
02:41
in prison. And so I kind of started down that
02:44
path. I started by sewing swim and gym wear because
02:48
I live near the beach. And so why not? That was
02:52
a big flop. So I ended up $100 ,000 in debt and
02:55
on welfare. And around that time was when I also
02:59
divorced my husband. So I had a three -year -old
03:01
and a six -month -old and no money whatsoever.
03:05
And I just feel so blessed that I was able to
03:09
discover the law of attraction and able to discover
03:12
mindset and able to discover about neuroscience
03:15
and able to discover about the quantum field.
03:17
And I just latched onto all of that because My
03:21
life was so crappy at the time. And so I just,
03:26
I fell in love with how that all made me feel.
03:28
And so think about it. When you feel crappy thinking
03:31
about how your life is, $100 ,000 in debt, a
03:34
car that leaks so much that when it rained, you
03:37
had a plant growing in the back, living, always
03:41
renting, never being able to stay where you are,
03:43
rent going up, not being able to put things on
03:44
the wall, like living that life. And instead
03:46
imagining this amazing life where I had my own
03:50
home, a beautiful car, I could travel, I could
03:52
do whatever I want. So obviously I just kept
03:55
focusing on how I wanted things to be. And that
03:58
is the secret to attracting what you want in
04:01
your life. That's the secret to whether it's
04:03
in business, whether it's in life, whatever it
04:05
is, but that's what I continue to do. And as
04:07
I did that, I began to see and experience and
04:11
have opportunities come my way. Literally, I
04:15
mean, I could talk for hours about it, but literally
04:17
my life completely turned around and I went from
04:19
welfare to millionaire and, you know, using obviously
04:23
the internet. The internet has been just the
04:25
biggest part of my journey. And so, yeah, I just
04:29
feel so blessed that learning the internet, applying
04:32
everything I knew about law of attraction and
04:34
quantum, the quantum field and neuroscience and
04:36
putting that all together in a process in a way
04:39
that really suited me. What happened was other
04:42
people wanted to know what I was doing and how
04:45
did I transform my life. And so basically I created
04:48
an entire business around it. And that's what
04:50
I do. I've now teached other people how to do
04:52
the same. So that's my story in a nutshell. That's
04:56
awesome. Now, they say that like one of the big
04:59
things that I keep hearing over and over again,
05:00
like depending on who you speak to, whether it's,
05:02
you know, listening to Abraham Hicks or Denise
05:05
Duffield Thomas or all the people that talk about,
05:07
you know, mindset and attraction, they say that
05:09
action. is the key secret phrase inside law of
05:13
attraction. What do you think about that? Oh,
05:15
my gosh. This is the thing that most people miss.
05:18
And, you know, there's lots of teachers out there
05:19
that teach law of attraction. And it is all about,
05:22
you know, meditating or affirming or visualizing
05:26
and expecting everything to drop into your lap.
05:29
But the book, a lot of people that are into law
05:33
of attraction have read the book or watched the
05:36
movie The Secret. And it's a great book, a great
05:40
movie book, but it was inspired by another book
05:44
that was written, I think, over 120 years ago,
05:46
a long time ago, by a man called Wallace Waddles,
05:49
called The Science of Getting Rich. And it's
05:52
written in very old -fashioned language, but
05:54
there's one phrase in there that I absolutely
05:57
adore, and it is, by thought the thing you desire
06:00
is brought to you, but by action you receive
06:03
it. So it's all about, yes, your thinking definitely
06:07
allows it to go from the quantum field into kind
06:12
of the, it's still in the metaphysical or the
06:15
non -physical. It's just sitting out there. But
06:18
when you take action, it crosses from the non
06:21
-physical, the metaphysical into the physical.
06:23
So when you combine, and this is why I'm huge
06:26
on combining body, mind and spirit. So combining
06:28
your thoughts, your feelings and your actions.
06:31
And that's what I teach everyone. Because when
06:33
you combine them. Although that's when the magic
06:35
happens. It's not just in the mindset work. That's
06:38
a huge part. Like without the mindset, you're
06:41
not going to create the success you want. But
06:43
without the action, you're not going to reach
06:45
the level that you really could. So let's say
06:48
someone comes to you and they're like, you know,
06:50
I want to start a blog, a blogging based business.
06:53
And I just, I don't know if it's going to be
06:55
successful. What would be the very first thing
06:57
you would say to them? Stop saying I don't know
07:00
if it's going to be successful. That's number
07:03
one. And instead, mindset and practical. So on
07:08
the practical level, go out there and look at
07:10
all the different blogs that are out there now.
07:12
Look at what other people are doing and don't
07:14
let that scare you. Don't let that freak you
07:17
out. Don't let that make you go into comparison
07:19
mode and I'm never going to be that good. I don't
07:21
know why I've been bothered starting. Don't go
07:23
down that far. Just see what's possible. Get
07:25
inspired. So that's the practical side. But then
07:29
on the mindset side, then start to either create
07:33
a guided visualization or some affirmations or
07:36
just continually see yourself and feel because
07:39
it's not just seeing, but it's feeling that you
07:43
are on that path to success and you are a great
07:45
blogger and you are going to create this amazing
07:48
business. And when you put yourself into the
07:51
mindset of something that you desire as if it's
07:54
already happened, that's when you start to move
07:57
things around. in the quantum field. And I know
07:59
a lot of that sounds very kind of woo -woo and
08:03
out there, but science is validating it. Like,
08:06
you know, that's why we talk now about the quantum
08:08
field, not just about the universe, because science
08:10
is validating that this is real and we have the
08:13
ability to create our life the way that we want
08:16
through our thoughts, through our energy, through
08:18
our healing. So yeah, it's all about taking that
08:20
practical action, but then combining it with
08:23
a mindset. It's interesting you say that about
08:25
how science is proving it because I'm going to
08:27
totally misquote it. But I remember the story
08:29
of the bottles of water and the scientist who
08:33
was speaking different phrases into the different
08:35
bottles of water. And then when he looked at
08:37
them under a microscope, it actually changed
08:39
the molecular level of what they saw. I know.
08:42
I know what you're bringing to mind. Absolutely.
08:44
And honestly, the whole water and I can't remember
08:48
who was the initial person that discovered that.
08:50
But I remember for decades now when my kids were
08:53
little and my kids are now in their 30s. But
08:54
when they were little, if anyone said anything
08:58
to each other, I would say, oh, you hurt my water.
09:01
Because I taught them that we're made up of,
09:04
you know, all these atoms and energy. But we
09:07
are there. We are so much water. Like there's
09:09
a huge percentage of us leave water. And the
09:11
words that we speak. to someone else. And also
09:15
the words that we speak to ourselves change who
09:18
we are. So you've got to really be conscious,
09:21
be mindful, be aware of what you think and what
09:25
you say to yourself and about yourself, because
09:27
that can be a make or break. You really have
09:30
to be gentle with yourself, be kind to yourself,
09:33
talk to yourself and think about what you're
09:36
doing in the same way that you would a best friend,
09:40
someone that you really loved and wanted to support.
09:42
Because we can be really good at doing that,
09:45
but we can tear ourselves down. And that's just
09:48
not going to get you anywhere. You really got
09:49
to love yourself as much as you love other people.
09:52
Yes, I can't agree more. Last year, I went through
09:56
a period where I was actually writing love letters
09:59
to myself. And saying it out loud, that sounds
10:01
so silly to me. But at the same time, when I
10:04
was reading them back, it felt like I was finally
10:08
hearing what needed to be said. And so I'm kind
10:11
of curious, how is it like if you're in a position
10:14
where you're just I don't want to say down on
10:17
your luck because that's I don't believe in luck.
10:19
But you're just you're not getting the needle
10:22
to move forward in your business. Like, what
10:25
do you do to get yourself into the mindset of
10:28
I believe this can actually become real? Because
10:32
isn't that what manifestation really means? Totally.
10:34
You've got to believe that it's real for it to
10:36
actually come real. I can give you an actual
10:39
real life example. So probably about 20 years
10:42
ago, I decided, I heard about this thing called
10:45
life coaching. I was like, oh my gosh, I want
10:47
to do that. Mainly because you could work from
10:49
home and make money. I was like, yes, I'm such
10:52
an introvert. Yep, let me work from home, make
10:55
money. That sounds great. And plus it was in
10:57
the personal development field. So I thought
10:58
this is for me. So I did my training to become
11:02
a life coach and I started coaching and a few
11:06
months into it, I started to feel like, what
11:08
the heck am I doing? Like I'm $100 ,000 in debt.
11:13
I'm on welfare and my life is a mess. I have
11:16
no relationship. I like just, I'm so disorganized.
11:19
I'm all over the place. Who am I to be coaching
11:22
people? And I actually stepped back from that
11:24
business. I just stepped back. But what I didn't
11:27
do is completely disconnect. So at the time I
11:31
had been teaching a mindset course. So instead
11:34
of teaching that course, because I just felt
11:35
like such a fraud, I stepped back and I started
11:38
interviewing millionaires. And I offered these
11:42
as a free series. And I just interviewed millionaires
11:45
about what they did when it comes to Mindstead
11:49
and the metaphysical to create their success.
11:51
So I stayed connected. I continued to be inspired,
11:55
even though my life wasn't so great. But what
11:59
that did for me, and I just, I just. Thank God
12:02
that I actually did do that because that kept
12:06
me in the loop. And then after listening to and
12:10
interviewing, you know, a series of millionaires,
12:12
I sort of thought to myself, you know what? I'm
12:15
going to keep going because not one of them said,
12:16
yeah, I came out of the gate and everything was
12:18
great and everything was fantastic. They all
12:21
said the same thing, that they had struggles,
12:24
they had challenges, but they didn't give up.
12:26
So I kind of swung back around to coaching, started
12:29
coaching again. Everything sort of took off.
12:33
My coaching business took off. I ended up writing
12:35
a book. Then I created millions of dollars for
12:37
a course. And it's like, then I ended up launching
12:40
my own life coach training academy. And I now
12:42
internationally certified people to become law
12:44
of attraction coaches. But I look back at that
12:47
time and think, if I hadn't made the decision
12:49
to keep going, to be persistent, I would have
12:52
stopped. Like, I wouldn't be where I am now.
12:55
I wouldn't have created the success I had. I
12:58
would have been back probably on welfare. So
13:00
it really is about understanding that everybody
13:03
who's created success, or I would say 99 .9 %
13:07
of people, they have gone through some stuff,
13:10
but they have persisted and they've kept going.
13:12
And I think that's the main thing. So persistence
13:16
is the key, but it's also action. Now, I'm kind
13:21
of curious, though, is it just life coaches?
13:23
And I only ask that because I'm already hearing
13:26
some of my listeners ask that question. Is it
13:29
only life coaches that can go from welfare to
13:32
millionaire? Oh, gosh, no, no, no, no, no, no,
13:35
no, no, no, no. Honestly, I have seen it over
13:39
and over again. I mean, I have obviously have
13:41
a course and I take people through and it's definitely
13:44
not just the coaches. So I have people that are
13:47
doctors. I have lawyers. I have accountants.
13:50
I have clairvoyants. I have Reiki healers. Like
13:56
I've got the whole gamut. And the things that
13:58
happen for people are mind -blowing. And it's
14:00
simply every single person. If you learn how
14:04
to align body, mind, and spirit, learn how to
14:07
align your thoughts, your feelings, and your
14:09
actions, then it will work. Because it's universal
14:13
law. It's not like, you know, it's going to work
14:15
for you and you, but hey, not going to work for
14:17
you there. It works for everybody. So yeah, absolutely.
14:19
Anyone can do it. That's really good news to
14:22
hear because, I mean, we have more than just...
14:26
life coaches that are going to be listening and
14:28
so they want to know like does this work for
14:31
me even though I have two kids and a dog and
14:34
you know my husband just left kind of thing well
14:37
I was I was that person I had two kids and no
14:40
husband and you know really struggling like I
14:43
was a hundred thousand dollars in debt when I
14:44
started and so you know there was part of me
14:47
there were times I have to be honest but I thought
14:49
you know what maybe the universe has decided
14:53
that I am going to always struggle. Like that's
14:55
my future. That's how it's always going to be.
14:58
But I just didn't give up. I just, because every
15:01
time I thought about being a millionaire or having
15:04
my own home or having a nice car or being able
15:06
to travel wherever I wanted, whenever I wanted,
15:08
whenever I thought about that, it lit me up so
15:10
much from the inside out. It made me feel so
15:12
good that I knew that that must be in my future.
15:17
I knew that that must be waiting for me. I just
15:20
had to figure out a way. to make it happen. And
15:23
so when I combine the mindset with the practical,
15:25
that's when it happened. Now, how do you step
15:27
aside from the, but I'm lying to myself? Oh gosh,
15:31
I live that one. I mean, think about it. $100
15:34
,000 in debt on welfare, no skills. I dropped
15:38
out of high school for no great skill, no connections,
15:41
no one who could help me. And here's me saying,
15:43
I am now a debt -free millionaire. My mind is
15:48
screaming, liar, liar, pencil fire. That is so
15:51
not true. But I also knew that the more you said
15:56
something, it's like anything. Think about it.
15:58
When you, the very first time you watch a scary
16:01
movie, I bet you're terrified. But if you watched
16:03
it again, you're not so scared. Like I remember
16:06
when I watched Jurassic Park, I seriously had
16:08
nightmares for weeks. It was just so, like, because
16:12
I'm not a scary movie person. But I could watch
16:14
that now and not get scared at all. Well, it's
16:17
because my mind got used to it. And so it's not
16:20
that I thought it was real, but you get used
16:23
to things and you can accept them. Because when
16:25
you're not used to something, when it's not in
16:27
your reality, your mind says, this could be dangerous.
16:31
Let's keep it away. You could be killed. It all
16:35
goes back to our Warren from caveman days. Come
16:37
across an animal, you don't know whether it's
16:39
going to eat you or whatever. But so what happens
16:43
is as an entrepreneur, as someone who's trying
16:45
to create success and you start thinking about
16:49
having a wonderful business or having more money
16:51
in your life, part of you absolutely wants that.
16:55
Like for me, I absolutely wanted to be a millionaire
16:58
when I was $100 ,000 in debt. Absolutely wanted
17:01
that. But when I started to say that, as I said,
17:05
lie, lie, pants on fire. So what I actually did
17:08
was I had to create an affirmation that brought
17:11
in a whole lot of qualifiers. So I honestly,
17:14
I think I'd remember now, but what was it? It
17:16
was very long. I am now ready to accept that
17:20
I'm now in the process of becoming a debt -free
17:22
millionaire. That was very long. And I said that,
17:25
but over the days and over the week, I started
17:28
to drop some of that until I was saying I'm now
17:31
a debt -free millionaire. And even though I was
17:33
a hundred thousand dollars in debt, it felt okay.
17:37
So Anything that's new is going to feel uncomfortable.
17:41
And it depends on your level of uncomfort as
17:44
to how much your brain says, this could kill
17:47
you, that you actually push it away. So you've
17:49
just got to do things to get used to it. And
17:51
that's why hanging with people that make really
17:54
good money, they always say, hang with people
17:56
who make you look bad. And I used to think, why
17:58
would you want to do that? Because if you hang
18:00
with people who make you look bad, you can listen
18:02
to people who make you look bad. If you are connected
18:05
with people who are doing way better than you,
18:08
like you're the worst one in the room, then you
18:10
are more inspired and more motivated and your
18:12
brain, your mind opens up to the possibilities.
18:16
But when you're the kingpin of your group, then,
18:20
you know, what is there to aspire to? So, yeah,
18:23
it really isn't a matter of you've just got to
18:25
consistently be doing things to open your mind
18:28
up to what's possible. And that's why the media,
18:31
TV. Netflix, all the stuff like garbage in, garbage
18:39
out. You've got to be mindful of what you allow
18:42
into your life because that is creating your
18:45
life. Yeah, that's absolutely true. I don't know
18:49
if you're familiar with Shane and Jocelyn Sams.
18:51
They created Flip Lifestyle. And basically, it's
18:54
all about how to start your online business,
18:57
essentially. And one of the things that they
18:59
would constantly preach is to go on a media diet.
19:03
If you're trying to get in a certain mindset,
19:05
just don't listen to anything that is not in
19:08
the exact mindset of what you're trying to do.
19:10
Oh, totally, totally. I haven't had a TV that's
19:13
connected to the outside world for, I don't know,
19:16
years and years and years. Well, then how do
19:20
you get your news? Well, that's it. I don't.
19:22
My daughter just told me the other day about
19:25
an earthquake somewhere, and I was like, oh,
19:27
my gosh. But that's it. You think you won't know
19:30
anything, but honestly, everyone tells you about
19:32
everything. Like, it's not like, it's just that
19:35
you don't have to sit there and watch it and
19:37
get it into your brain and hear it. It's better
19:40
to hear it secondhand from someone than to be
19:43
spending hours watching the news about it and
19:45
just, yeah, basically. Giving yourself filters.
19:48
Yeah, exactly, exactly. I like that. And, you
19:50
know, one of the things you were saying about
19:52
how you would, like, visualize that you were
19:54
becoming a millionaire. It kind of reminds me
19:56
of how they used to talk about athletes that
19:58
would visualize themselves playing the big game
20:01
or elite runners that would run the race in their
20:04
mind and they would hook them up to all these
20:06
machines and the same things that were happening
20:08
on the field would happen while they were just
20:10
thinking about it. I know. They've been using
20:13
visualization for decades in all the elite training
20:16
centers all around the world. And like you said,
20:18
they can just imagine it. But they can get the
20:21
improvement in their style and their muscles
20:24
and everything simply by, I mean, obviously not
20:26
to the same extent if they're also training,
20:29
but they can do that and it can make such a difference.
20:31
And so if they've been using it in the elite
20:34
training centers around the world for decades,
20:35
why can't we use it in our own life? And why
20:37
can't we train to be the most successful we can
20:41
be? I love that so much. I really do. Now, I
20:45
know you have some meditations and things like
20:48
that on your website. Where can people find all
20:50
that good stuff? Yes, if you go to wealthywealthyfree
20:52
.com and we've got some guided visualizations,
20:56
some affirmation, just a few little things to
21:00
get you started on that prosperity path to start
21:03
to think differently, to start to plant the seed
21:05
for your own abundance. And what advice would
21:07
you give to someone who is feeling those nerves?
21:10
Because, I mean, you mentioned being uncomfortable.
21:11
How do you push through it and keep going to
21:14
come out on the other side? I think one of the
21:17
biggest things that I really feel that helps
21:19
people is to hear of other people's successes.
21:22
Because I can tell you my story and people might
21:25
look at me and think, oh, she's different. But
21:28
one of the things I love to do in all my programs
21:30
is I always get everyone's successes. We always
21:33
start with successes of the group. And so if
21:37
there's any way you can tap into a community
21:39
or a group that loves to share their successes,
21:41
every time you hear someone else's success, and
21:44
this isn't just in a group, just in the world
21:47
in general, every single time you hear of someone's
21:49
success, instead of going, oh, that was me. Oh,
21:53
they're so lucky. Oh, how come I never get anything
21:55
like that? Instead, it's so easy. It was so powerful.
22:00
Instead, just listen and imagine it's you. And
22:05
imagine the feelings you'd feel having manifested
22:08
or created or had that same success or bought
22:12
that car or being able to have that house or
22:15
win this money or whatever it happens to be,
22:17
get this job, you know, get a raise, whatever
22:19
it is. When you hear something amazing for something
22:21
else, just you don't have to, you know, close
22:24
your eyes and om about it. You just simply need
22:26
to feel the feelings as if it was you. And honestly,
22:30
that can really start to change things because
22:33
if aligning you, to that same success. It's aligning
22:37
you to what it is you're focusing on. Well, and
22:40
it's also showing you what you can achieve. Exactly.
22:43
Because if one person can do it, anyone can do
22:45
it. It's just a matter of putting yourself out
22:48
there and ever hit aligning body, mind and spirit.
22:50
So why not you? In fact, why not everyone? I
22:55
love that so much. So we now have the awesome
22:57
free resource, but where else can people find
22:59
you online? They can find me at wildlywealthy
23:02
.com. Wildly, Wildly .com. And at the moment,
23:05
that's about it because my Facebook account's
23:07
been hacked. So I don't even know if I'm going
23:09
to get it back. Oh, now that's terrible. But
23:12
I mean, hey, at least you have a really awesome
23:16
website and there's so much good stuff on there
23:18
and I can attest to it. I've read, like I said,
23:19
I've read the books. I've seen all the things.
23:22
So I hope everybody will check it out. I don't
23:25
know if you can read it. Is it back or front?
23:26
How to be wild. Yep, absolutely. It's fantastic.
23:30
And I have, I think, three copies of that at
23:31
this point. Very good. It's a true story. All
23:35
right. Well, thank you so much for being here
23:36
